Using human-centred design principles, we carefully craft our products keeping the rider at the heart of every decision we make along the way.
We use extensive testing from the worlds best riders, to typical weekend warriors to ensure our products make every ride better.
We design and test every product from the ground up, built by riders for riders. It's not just a tag line, it's a promise.
HONEST ECO CREDENTIALS
Being eco-friendly isn’t just about making products compostable, using bamboo and hemp. It’s about creating products that people value and don’t want to throw away after the first use.
This is why we have a no compromise on performance approach, ensuring our product performs on the biggest stages such as the UCI DH World Cup and EWS Series.
On Top of that, we only use recyclable plastics for our bottles, recycled paper and card for all of our packaging and formulate all of our product to be as readily biodegradable as possible.

MEET THE TEAM
STEVE PEAT
Name: Steve Peat (@stevepeat)
Position : BIG CHIEF. Co-founder & Director
Experience: 17 UCI world cup wins, 4 UCI WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, 52 UCI WORLD CUP PODIUMS.
Role: Where do you start?! The OG of mountain biking, PEATY is also co-founder of Peaty’s Products and brings DECADES OF EXPERIENCE into the product development process. He’s seen the industry grow from the start so who better to guide the future of the sport than the godfather himself. Chief coach for the Santa Cruz Syndicate, Peaty can be found trackside of every world cup dishing out gems to the youth, or back in Sheffield on his throne as KING of the North.
BRYN MORGAN
Name: Bryn Morgan (@brynoss - “short for Bryn”)
Position : Co-founder & Director of Innovation and Design
Experience: Product and Graphic Designer
Role: Brynoss (short for Bryn) works day to day on new product development and design of Peaty’s Products. He is the creative genius behind the unique packaging and brand vibe. When he isn’t forcing engineers to think outside the box he can be found hooning about with the biggest ear to ear grin! Bryn lives in the English Lakes and can ride from his door onto some of the steepest, MOST technical tracks around, making him a weapon on two wheels.
MARTIN MURRAY
Name: Martin MurrAy (Muzz)
Position: Commercial Director
Experience: Over 2 decades of bike industry experience with some of the biggest distributors and brands
ROLE: Muzz is a former UK BMX and 4X National Elite Men’s Champion. Having retired from competition in 2002, he eventually found his true calling in the bike industry with one of the UK’s biggest distributors working alongside some of the world’s biggest brands. Although Muzz doesn’t compete now, he can still shred a bit and is usually found serving up steeze on the biggest doubles along the south coast.
STRUAN CLARK
Name: Stru Clark (Stru)
Position: Operations Jedi
Experience: Former Alpine Bike Guide, Stru is a qualified mechanic and self confessed Mega Nerd.
Role: Chief engineer in the engine room of Peaty's HQ, Stru has a white knuckle grip on all things purchasing, production and logistics to ensure everything runs as smooth as Kashima. When not up to his eyeballs in spreadsheets and logistics software, Stru can be found tinkering and riding bikes (in that order) in North Wales.
LOGAN ARGENT
Name: LOGAN ARGENT (Logan)
Position: Product Guru
Experience: 15 years as a product manager in the bike industry with some of the world's biggest brands.
Role: Peaty’s Product Guru. There isn’t a single product in the bike industry that this man hasn’t had his hands on. When he isn’t blowing up product designs or waist deep in test data, Logan can be found getting sketchy on 2 wheels. Infamous amongst the Peaty’s Crew for adopting the "Just Gonna Send It” method on his first ride out with the crew.
LIAM MOSCROP
Name: Liam Moscrop (liammoscrop)
Position: Digital Wiz-Kid
Experience: Social Media, Photography, Film, if you view it on a screen, Liam is your guy.
Role: Liam is the man when it comes to digital wizardry. Part human, part robot. When he’s not tapping into the Matrix, Liam can be found trailside with a camera in hand coming up with ‘bangers’ on the regular.
CEEZ
Name: CEEZ (CEEZ_MTB)
Position: Warehouse Manager
Experience: Years of warehouse production and storage
Role: Ceez is The shortest member of our team and our very own warehouse yoda, If he doesnt know about it, it's not worth knowing. When he's not running the mother ship (or modelling part time) you'll find ceez in the welsh hills, shredding his nomad and desperately trying to keep up with his trail dog, Monty!
ELINOR GODFREY
Name: El (ElinorGod)
Position: Operations Administrator
Experience: Warehouse Admin
Role: Our chief brew maker (and trust, she makes a mean brew!) is also in charge when it comes to getting everything to where it needs to be. When she's not spinning multiple plates making sure your goods hit you ASAP, El can be found in her campervan (when it works), or climbing mountains as hangover therapy in North Wales!
