Order by Midnight Wednesday 18th December to get your parcel in time for Christmas.
Please note, this last shipping date is a guideline only and we cannot guarantee delivery for Christmas due to potential network delays out of our control. 
We always recommend ordering as soon as possible to give your parcel the best chance of arriving in time.

Please expect delays to processing and delivery times around peak periods, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and promotion / sales periods. 
Our warehouse team work as quickly as they can to pick and pack your orders, and you will be contacted if there's a longer than expected delay.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and orders typically take 1-2 days to arrive for mainland UK, 2-3 days for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Highlands.
Once the parcel has left us, delays in the shipping network are out of our control but we will make you aware of any known delays here.

We are not offering a Next Day Service at this time.

We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.

The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Island, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are excluded from the 1-2 day / Next Day service. Orders placed for these are on a 2-3 day service.

Customs Charges, Duties and Import Tax

Please note that all prices shown include UK VAT. However, for international transactions, you will not be charged UK VAT.

At checkout, once you complete your address details and proceed to confirming your order, the final price you are charged will be lower than the RRP of each product as VAT will have been removed. Peaty’s will not charge you UK VAT for any order destined for outside of the UK.

However, your order may be subject to local import taxes, duties and fees imposed by your country once your package arrives in the destination country. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your country and to pay any necessary taxes, customs clearance fees, charges or duties which your package may be subject to. Peaty’s accepts no responsibilities for these charges.

Aerosols

Aerosols are not currently available for shipping outside of the UK due to airfreight shipping restrictions. We have included pop-up notifications of this at the checkout stage. If you continue to order aerosols for delivery outside of the UK then your order will be either turned around or destroyed by the courier causing delays or total loss of product. we (Peaty's ltd) cannot accept responsibility for any losses caused.
