What size do I need?
As a rough guide, we recommend:
* MTB, Urban and XC rims: 42 mm
* Road and Gravel rims: 60 mm
* Deep Section Road or Gravel Rims: 80mm
* Bosch eBikes: MX 42/60 mm, with a 60 mm rear valve to allow clearance for the motor sensor
We recommend around 20 mm of valve stem protruding from the rim, although this will ultimately depend on the insertion depth required by your pump head.
Exact fitment will vary depending on rim bed depth. Some rims also feature a recessed valve hole inside the rim, which may reduce the valve length required.

FAST FLOW VALVES
- Increases the ability for sealant to FLOW directly into the tyre, removing the need to remove the Presta core or unseat the tyre.

Fail Safe Design

Fast Flow Valves, What's Fast Flow?
Experience double the airflow of a standard Peaty's Mk2 Presta valve, making tyre seating effortless.
This high air flow architecture provides the necessary pressure to snap beads into place instantly, significantly reducing setup time and workshop faff without the need for compressors.
By utilising a large bore internal design, sealant flows directly into the tyre, completely removing the requirement to remove the Presta core. It is a streamlined, high-volume tubeless solution built to get you out of the garage and onto the trails faster. High low, less faff.
Patent Pending "bell house"
The Holeshot’s unique "bell house" relocates the primary seal from the top of the 7075 aluminium stem to the base, effectively moving the critical airtight components inside the rim.
By sheltering the seal internally, the system remains uncompromised even if the external valve shaft is struck by a rock or damaged on the trail.
This ensures that racers and weekend riders alike can finish their ride without a sudden loss of pressure, providing a level of reliability standard valves simply can't match.
Compatible with All rim inserts
The innovative internal "bell house" design ensures the Holeshot Fast Flow Tubeless Valve is a truly universal solution, offering full compatibility with all major tyre inserts.
Unlike traditional valves that can be blocked or restricted by foam liners, the protective cage maintains a clear path for air and sealant to reach the tyre. This allows for rapid inflation and easier maintenance. Less faff, more riding.

Even with these functions, the valves weigh in as one on of the lightest High-Flow valves on the market - just 11g per pair for 42mm, 14g a pair for 60mm and 21g a pair for 80mm.

MX Valves
We designed our MX valves to suit all Bosch eMTB bikes with a rear rim speed sensor - a world first!
The mix of a 60mm rear and 42mm front valve gives you the added length required for the perfect setup.
What Size do i need?
Peaty's Holeshot Fast Flow Tubeless Valves come in 4 lengths: 42mm, 60mm, 80mm, and MX (42/60mm) for Bosch eBikes.
As a rough guide, we recommend:
- MTB, Urban and XC rims: 42mm
- Road and Gravel rims: 60mm
Deep Section Road or Gravel Rims: 80mm - Bosch eBikes: MX 42/60mm - 60mm rear to allow for the motor sensor.
We recommend there to be around 20mm of valve stem sticking out from your rim - ultimately depending on the insertion depth required by your pump head.
The exact fitment would vary on how much of a dip there is in the rim bed. Some rims also have a recessed valve hole on the inside of the rim to reduce the length of the valve required.
You can check these lengths by:
-
1. Place a long, thin object (such as a spare spoke) through the valve hole, holding it flush against the rim bed where the valve would sit inside the rim.
-
2. Pinch or mark the spoke where it meets the inner edge of the rim where the valve exits, then measure this distance. For Bosch eBike rear wheels running an external speed sensor magnet, measure to the outside of the magnet rather than the rim.

3. Add 20mm to this measurement to allow enough valve stem for pump fitment.
4. This total measurement will determine the valve size you require.
Always measure your rims before purchasing or contact your rim manufacturer for further recommendations.

Set up instructions
Valve Installation Instructions:
- 1. Remove the valve cap, O-ring and lock nut.
- 2. Insert the valve through the valve hole in your rim.
- 3. Push the O-ring onto the valve stem.
- 4. Thread the lock nut onto the valve stem.
- 5. Hand tighten the lock nut until firm.
- 6. Screw on the valve cap.
- Sealant Injection Instructions:
- 1. Mount the tyre onto the rim and inflate first with no sealant ensuring both beads are fully seated (locked into position on the rim).
- 2. Deflate fully. Take care not to dislodge the tyre bead from the rim.
- 3. Shake bottle / trail pouch thoroughly to evenly distribute platelets and fibres.
- 4. Start with the valve in the 10 o’clock position.
- 5. Attach the pipe or trail pouch nozzle firmly onto the valve.
- 6. Rotate valve to 8 o’clock and keep bottle / trail pouch elevated.
- 7. Squeeze sealant into valve at a steady rate.
- 8. If pressure builds up or flow stops, ease your grip to allow air back into the bottle or pouch. This clears any platelet build-up from the valve. Then resume squeezing.
- 9. Repeat until required amount of sealant is injected into tyre.
- 10. Rotate back to 10 o’clock to reduce any leakage when removed.
- 11. Remove pouch or pipe.
- 12. Inflate & Ride!
Using your e-Lube Valve Cap
The e-Lube cap is designed to make chain lubrication simple on e-bikes where motor clutch systems prevent back-pedalling. By inserting the T30-shaped cap into a chainring bolt, M5 bolt, or a suitable hole in your chainring, the crank arm engages the cap as you pedal backwards, allowing you to lube your chain easily.

Because crank arm geometry, bottom bracket offset, and chainring design vary significantly across e-bike platforms, we strongly recommend testing fitment before committing to a lubing session:
1. Insert the cap into your chosen mounting point - chainring bolt, M5 bolt, or chainring hole - and check that it sits securely.
2. Check the cap protrusion, when inserted, the crank arm needs to strike both O-rings simultaneously and squarely. If the cap sits at an angle, or only one O-ring contacts the crank arm, the cap can twist and jam behind crank arm features.
3. Check clearance around the cap. Some crank arms feature chamfers, tapers, or complex profiles near the chainring interface that may reduce the gap between the crank arm and the chainring. If the gap looks tight, try a different mounting hole position or a different bolt location
4. Slowly rotate the crank backwards by hand without lubing first, feeling for any resistance or contact before the arm naturally strikes the cap.
5. If the crank arm makes contact with the cap at any point other than a clean, even strike across both O-rings, stop and reposition before proceeding. Uneven contact on a single O-ring significantly increases the risk that the cap will be pushed sideways and become trapped.

Warranty - Valves For life
All of our valves come with the Peaty's Valves for Life guarantee, but there's a few conditions.
Valves are warranted for life to the original owner only and the warranty is limited to the replacement of tubeless valves only. Valves will be replaced like-for-like (same colour / same length).
Valves will not be warranted in the following situations:
- If they have snapped or threaded from being over-tightened.
- If they have clogged with sealant.
- If they have been intentionally broken.
- If parts have been lost.

Fitted the new valves and seated the tubless tyres, very easy as there is definitely more air going through with the shock pump.
I then deflated and put the sealant in through the valve, which was weird but seemed to work well.
I've ridden with them on several rides now and have had no pressure loss, so all seems well.
A little bit more expensive, but worth the price difference, especially with the lifetime guarantee.

First impression very good. I installed a Vittoria Torrente XC mud tyre on a Hunt XC race alloy rim. Out of interest to see if it would make a seal I didn't put any sealant in and used a track pump (Joe Blow). This popped the tyre on immediately on the low pressure/high vol setting, with just a little soapy water. I didn't need a compressor or airshot. Probably the easiest install I've ever done. Definitely noticed the higher air flow. They look good too. Only thing I'd say is that these are not valves you could run without the cap so don't lose it

An amazing product, fitted these vales as a replacement because all the previous vales I’d used had always become clogged with tyre sealant. Couldn’t believe that the tyre would seal straight away with a standard track pump and no need to use a tyre inflator.
